The new version of PAPILLON-9 AFIS was presented at the International Forum “DIGITAL POLICE-2024”

The International Forum “DIGITAL POLICE-2024” was held in Moscow in April 2024.

The First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Police Colonel-General Aleksandr Gorovoy, attended the working meeting held at the premises of the Federal Institution of NPO “STiS” (of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia) on the initiative of  The Main Directorate for Public Order Maintenance.

Issues of technical and informational support were discussed, including the development and acceptance for supply of a mobile control center for Public Order Maintenance and the Federal Institution NPO “STiS”.

The PAPILLON Company presented the new version of AFIS-9, designed using artificial intelligence technology, fingerprint scanners and PAPILLON DPP mobile terminals.

The developments of the PAPILLON Company were highly evaluated by the meeting participants and opinions about the necessity of the introduction of the company’s products into the work of Public Order Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were expressed.
