OPTIMAL APPLICATION AND FUNCTIONS

Automation of data exchange between PAPILLON AFIS and third-party databases:

• Generating statistical reports
  
• Updating PAPILLON AFIS databases by using information provided by external systems (without the need to work directly with PAPILLON AFIS)
  
• Integrating with third-party databases (e.g. passport and visa systems)

Functions:

• Downloading text information from PAPILLON AFIS and inputting into an Oracle/PostgreSQL database:
  • text data from electronic tenprints
  • text data associated with latent prints
  • hit lists and lists of mates
• Downloading images to an Oracle/PostgreSQL database, upon request, from specific tenprints (mugshots, SMT photos, dactyloscopic images)
• Retrieving and viewing information stored in Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
• Editing text data and deleting objects
• Viewing a variety of information about users and actions they performed in the AFIS
• User management
• Automatic synchronization of the Oracle/PostgreSQL database with the PAPILLON AFIS database

• Ability to synchronize POLYPHEM data with PAPILLON AFIS data (new objects / changes of existing objects)
